When does the conference start and end?
The 18th Annual Conference will start with two days of virtual programming on March 21, 2022 at 10 AM CT and end on March 22nd at 4 PM CT. This is followed by three days of on-site programming in Chicago, IL on March 23-25. Attendees who register for the full conference will receive full access to both on-site AND virtual programming. Is there a discounted rate for the hotel?
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. A reduced conference rate is available to conference attendees until Monday, February 14, 2022. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. How does transportation work?
- Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.
- The Chicago Transit Authority offers both train and bus service throughout the City of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The trains in Chicago are known as the “L,” and the Blue Line trains are the easiest and most affordable way to get to and from O’Hare or Midway Airport via public transit. Because of COVID-19, what safety precautions should I expect?
All participants must be fully vaccinated before attending the annual conference. The State of Illinois also reinstated their mask mandate for indoor settings. We will continue to monitor the state, local and venue requirements and update our website. Please refer to our health and safety page to read more about our guidelines.
Can I cancel or transfer my registration if I can’t attend?
You cannot transfer your registration. Attendee Registration Insurance is now included in your registration fees. This coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London. You will receive a 100% refund, if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy. This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show.

It is important to note that if you are unable to attend our event due to anything having to do with COVID-19, whether it be illness or travel-related, unfortunately, it will not be covered. COVID-19 is an excluded coverage in this program.

Will food be included in my registration fee?
Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday with coffee breaks.
What should I wear?
The recommended conference attire is business casual. Because convention facilities can be cool, do remember to bring a sweater or a light jacket.
