By signing below I reaffirm the commitment made in my signed author agreement for Voices from the South: Decolonial Perspectives in International Education edited by Andrea Rizzotti and Hector M. Cruz-Feliciano and published by The Forum on Education Abroad: "3. Rights. The Contributor acknowledges and agrees that the Contribution that it will be making to the Collective Work pursuant to this Agreement is being specially ordered or commissioned by the Editors on behalf of the Publisher. The Contributor hereby irrevocably assigns to the Publisher all right, title and interest in and to the Contribution, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights inherent therein. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contributor acknowledges and agrees that the Editors will be assigning all right, title and interest in and to the Contribution to the Publisher and that the Publisher will have the exclusive right, in its sole discretion and without additional consideration to the Contributor, to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of and otherwise exploit the Contribution, including to make any changes or additions to the Contribution that the Publisher deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion subject to the provision below, and the Collective Work in its entirety, by itself or with other works, throughout the world, in English and in other languages, in all media of expression now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so. The Publisher will ensure that the Contributor’s name(s) is/are always clearly associated with the Contribution, and neither the Publisher nor the Editors will make any substantial change to the Contribution without consulting the Contributor. No royalties will be paid to the Contributor."
