Conference Registration Includes:
Welcome reception (Wednesday evening), networking lunch (Thursday), lunch and celebration toast on Friday, and all sessions and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday.
Early bird registration fees are effective: May 3 – June 29
Regular registration fees are effective: June 30 – September 14
Late registration fees are effective: September 15 – October 19
Group Rate for Forum Members
A special group discount is available for members only. Groups of 5 or more receive a discount of $50 per person. The discount will automatically be applied when all 5 (or more) individuals are included in one registration. Changing a Registration
After completing registration, please request any changes (for example: adding a pre-conference workshop or changing contact information) by emailing them to: email@example.com
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds for withdrawal from the full conference will be made based on this schedule:
- Requests made on or before September 1: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded minus a 10% service fee.
- Requests made between September 2 and October 2: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded 50%.
- Beginning on October 3: No refunds will be made.
