CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Welcome reception (Wednesday evening), networking lunch (Thursday), lunch and celebration toast on Friday, and all sessions and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday.
Early bird registration fees are effective: May 5 – July 15, 2016
Regular registration fees are effective: July 16 – August 11, 2016
Late registration fees are effective: August 12 – October 7, 2016
GROUP RATE FOR FORUM MEMBERS
A special group discount is available for members only. Groups of 5 or more receive a discount of $50 per person. The discount will automatically be applied when all 5 (or more) individuals are included in one registration. CHANGING A REGISTRATION
After completing registration, please request any changes (for example: adding a post-conference workshop or changing contact information) by emailing them to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to email@example.com.
Refunds for withdrawal from the full conference will be made based on this schedule:
- Requests made on or before Monday, September 5: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded minus a 10% service fee.
- Requests made between September 6 – October 5: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded 50%.
- After October 5, 2016: No refunds will be made.
