The 18th edition of the Forum’s Annual Conference is a must attend event in the field of education abroad, where leaders gather to consider the most important issues impacting the field.
As participants engage in thought-provoking dialogue, promoting a vibrant and collegial exchange of ideas, the Annual Conference is also the ideal venue for effective networking and to showcase your organization. Even better, 2022 represents a return to in-person conferencing and the chance to re-connect with your friends and colleagues in the education abroad field.
The Forum offers a limited number of sponsorship and advertising opportunities as a service to our attendees. We thank our past sponsors and look forward to welcoming new ones.
The Forum’s 18th Annual Conference will be a hybrid event, with 2 days of programming held virtually through our new, state of the art platform followed by 3 days together in-person at the Sheraton Grand in Chicago, IL. As always we will be offering Forum members in the city and the surrounding region the chance to serve as Host Institutions for the Annual Conference and showcase their institutions / locations. - Purchases of stand alone exhibit space and Bronze level sponsorship will only be available to Forum members.
- All sponsorships will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis via the online reservation form. (Note: No sponsorship reservations or requests will be taken over phone or by email.)
- All logos should be sent to The Forum within 2 weeks of securing sponsorship.
- All other files for the conference should be supplied to The Forum at least 4 weeks prior to the conference.
- Sales will open to members on 23 July and to the general public 30 July 2021.
- The Forum reserves the right to decline requests to sponsor or exhibit.

How to Reserve
A variety of sponsorship tiers, add-ons and tabling options are available to provide opportunities to maximise visibility at various budgets. The reservation process for securing sponsorship opportunities is automated and you must secure them through the online reservation form.
Opportunities are claimed on a first come, first served basis, but must be confirmed with payment in of a 50% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of invoice (balance due by 1 Dec 2021).
Should deposit or balance invoices remain unpaid, items/tables may be reinstated for sale.
