The Forum conference is a distinctive event, where leaders gather to consider the most important issues impacting the field. Participants engage in thought-provoking dialogue, promoting a vibrant and collegial exchange of ideas. It is the ideal venue for effective networking.

The Forum offers a limited number of sponsorship and advertising opportunities as a service to our attendees. YOUR ORGANIZATION/ INSTITUTION MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE FORUM IF YOU WISH TO BE A SPONSOR. We thank our past sponsors and look forward to welcoming new ones.

Forum members in the Boston area and surrounding region are invited to serve as Host Institutions for the Conference. For more information about this opportunity, email Alyssa Windholz at windhola@forumea.org.


General Information

  1. All sponsor names will be posted on The Forum’s conference website with a hyperlink to sponsors’ websites.
  2. All sponsors will be identified accordingly in the conference program.
  3. Sponsors of some events have the option to display literature on a designated table during the event and one hour before/after event.
  4. In an effort to provide opportunities to as many Forum members as possible, sponsors are initially limited to one individual sponsorship from the Event or Item Categories. If there are any remaining items after December 1, a current sponsor may then add additional items. Sponsors may add Program Sponsorships, or an Exhibit Table, at any time.
  5. Some events and items may be co-sponsored by two Forum members. Please inquire with The Forum regarding these options. Exhibit tables may NOT be shared by more than one institution/organization.
  6. Forum members are limited to ONE EXHIBIT TABLE.
  7. No sponsorship reservations or requests will be taken over phone or email. All sponsorships will be secured on a first-come, first-serve basis via the online reservation form.
  8. All logos and files should be sent to The Forum by Friday, December 1, 2017.

How to Reserve

The reservation process for securing sponsorship opportunities is automated and you must secure them through the online reservation form. Opportunities are claimed on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors may choose to have up to two additional staff members present in the Exhibit Hall Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for $325/person. The exhibit staff rate includes the Welcome Reception, and meals and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday. We kindly request that Exhibit Hall staff who would like to attend any conference sessions or plenaries register at the full conference rate.

Any exhibitor requiring power can pay (through the registration form) to have one extension cord installed at their table for $115. Any exhibitor requiring a hardwired internet connection can purchase one for $300 through the registration form.

Exhibitors must be Forum members in good standing. Only members in good standing will be added to a waitlist after all exhibit tables have been reserved.

Each exhibit space includes a 6-foot table, a tablecloth and two chairs.

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Wednesday 2-8 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday 8-11 a.m.

Exhibitor Recognition: Exhibitor’s name, logo and brief description will be included in the conference program; the Exhibitor name will be hyperlinked from the conference website; Exhibitor name and Exhibit table location will be posted on Exhibit Hall signage. Sponsorship Refunds

Cancellations and requests for refunds for any Sponsorship items must be made in writing to conference@forumea.org.

Upon written request, refunds for withdrawal of sponsorships will be made based on this schedule:

  • Now through December 1, 2017: 90% refund
  • December 2, 2017 through February 2, 2018: 50% refund
  • February 3, 2018 onward: No refund.

Refunds will not be issued for the conference sponsorships that include customized items once the customized items have been produced.

 

Exhibit Table Refunds

Refunds for Exhibit tables will be issued following the above schedule UNTIL all exhibit tables have been secured. After a waitlist is established, no refunds will be issued.
