MenuMelissa Rossi is a faculty member, Academic Affairs Coordinator and Professional Counselor at Florence University of the Arts – The American University of Florence in Italy, where she specializes in counseling psychology, sociology and Italian culture. She received her B. A. from University of California Santa Cruz in Modern Literature with an emphasis on Italian Literature and a Minor in Education. She also holds a M.S. in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Her specialization is the acculturation process for students abroad, which is a part of her professional certification in Italy as a counsellor, as well as a learning methodology used in the international classroom.
Giosuè Prezioso has international experience as an art curator, art and business instructor and advisor – working for companies in Austria, France, Italy, Poland, US, and Spain. He is a PhD Candidate from the University of Reading, and holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Art, Law and Business from Christie’s Education London, the world’s leading art business. Giosuè is Professor and Academic Coordinator at the Florence University of Arts (FUA) and taught for international (post)graduate programs at John Cabot University, Roma Film Academy (Cinecittà), Camera dei Deputati, Rome Business School, and Banca d’Italia – among others. Giosuè is a nominated examiner from the University of Cambridge (ESOL) and a Business and Management examiner for the International Baccalaureate (IB).
