MenuLeah Hughes has over 10 years experience in career coaching, internship programming, and employer relations. In her current role at Clemson University, she manages internship development, employer engagement, and career coaching for over 3500 students in the College of Business. In addition, Leah coordinates the Horizons Professional Development Program which brings elite professionals to campus to share their insights with students. Prior to working in the College of Business, Leah worked at Clemson’s Michelin Career Center as the Assistant Director of Career Events & Recruiting for over 4 years. Leah’s previous experience includes roles at Lander University as Career Services Director and instructor; and at the College of Charleston’s School of Business & Economics as the Career Coordinator. Leah moved into a career in higher education after completing her Masters in Human Resource Development. She is a member of the Southern Association of Colleges & Employers, and Past President of the SC Association of Colleges & Employers. Leah is active in the Greenville Society of Human Resource Management as well as the Clemson and Greenville Chambers of Commerce.
