MenuKurt is an instructor in the Computer Science and Software Engineering Department of Miami University. He spent the first years of his career in industry designing, writing and installing Paper Mill systems around the world. His next phase saw the creation of a software consulting business and a fifteen year relationship with Miami University as an adjunct professor. During this time Kurt was able to bring his philanthropic IT work around the world to the University environment under the “service learning” umbrella. Kurt enjoys helping students explore how their unique skills can help under-served groups around the world and in our own backyard.
Kurt is currently pursuing his PhD from Miami University exploring the educational history of technology
and its role in the Holocaust.
