Eric’s work focuses on developing academic resources utilized by faculty, advisors, and students; including the ISA Advisor Portal, learning objectives for ISA cultural activities and excursions, ISA webinars, the Academic Update Newsletter, and the academic components of our online orientations and Bridging Cultures Programs… Additionally, Eric analyzes programmatic data related to student outcomes (learning and satisfaction), and serves as a lead project manager for various internal and external initiatives such as our partnership with the New York Times in Education and maintenance of our web-based ISA Library. Prior to starting his career at ISA in 2012, Eric taught upper and lower division courses at Tulane University, where he received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Latin American Studies.
