MenuDonna Evans is a Senior Lecturer and Chief Departmental Advisor in the Computer and Information Technology Department of Miami University. She enjoys working with students in a holistic process, helping students choose their appropriate academic path, teaching major courses and staying connected with alumni as they enter the professional community. She
creates and teaches information technology courses and curriculum as they relate to ethics, health and intercultural strategy. As a result, she began using psychometric tests and other tools to assess and promote intercultural growth in her students. Her goal in developing a study abroad course was to help students understand their potential impact on society and consider their ethical responsibility to create culturally competent solutions.
