Mandy serves as the Director of Programs and Training. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of education abroad at small private liberal arts colleges and large public flagship universities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international area students from Kalamazoo College, a master of arts in higher education and student affairs from Michigan State University, and a master of public affairs from the Indiana University Bloomington O’Neill School for Public and Environmental Affairs. Mandy became a Forum Certified Professional in 2017 and has served as a trained facilitator for The Forum, as well as an assessor for the Professional Certification.
