Special Opportunity to Participate in QUIP

The Forum is pleased to announce a specially-funded opportunity for member institutions to participate in a Quality Improvement Program (QUIP) review. Selected institutions must commit to complete the QUIP reviews during the 2016 calendar year, and they will pay only a $500 fee and assume no other costs for the reviews, which include peer review site visits.

The selection of member institutions will be based both on a demonstrated commitment to completing a QUIP review and the need for financial support. The Forum encourages applications from a diverse range of institutions, including community colleges, organizations and institutions located outside the U.S., and minority-serving institutions.

  • Please note that the QUIP Self-Study Report must be submitted within 6 months of the acceptance of your application. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the termination of your organization’s QUIP Review.
  • The visits must begin at least one month after the submission of the Self-Study to enable the Peer Reviewers to prepare for the Visit. Each Site Visit is planned to include two and a half days.
  • Please upload a letter detailing the organization's purpose for enrolling in QUIP. Describe the organization’s capacity for participating in QUIP, with allocation of appropriate resources to complete the Self-Study, and support from leadership at your organization.
