Special Opportunity to Participate in QUIP

The Forum is pleased to announce a specially-funded opportunity for member institutions to participate in a Quality Improvement Program (QUIP) review. Selected institutions will pay only a $500 fee and will be eligible for a grant to fund up to 75% of estimated site visit expenses.

The selection of member institutions will be based both on a demonstrated commitment to completing a QUIP review and the need for financial support. The Forum encourages applications from a diverse range of institutions, including community colleges, minority-serving institutions, state colleges and universities, and organizations and institutions located outside the U.S.

Deadline: October 16, 2017
  • Primary Contact Email * Required
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
Please note that the QUIP Self-Study Report must be submitted by July 1, 2018 at the latest. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the termination of your organization’s QUIP Review.
  • The visits must begin at least one month after the submission of the Self-Study to enable the Peer Reviewers to prepare for the Visit. Each Site Visit is planned to include two and a half days.
  • Estimated Site Visit Expenses

A team of two Peer Reviewers and one Forum staff member will visit your home office. If your organization operates its own programs abroad and has overseas staff, the team will also visit one representative site. Each visit typically lasts 2.5 days.
  • Total estimated expenses for site visit to the home office.
  • Is a second site visit necessary? * Required
Do you maintain facilities and staff in another country?
  • Total estimated expenses for a second site visit.
  • Please upload a letter detailing the organization's purpose for enrolling in QUIP. Describe the organization’s capacity for participating in QUIP, with allocation of appropriate resources to complete the Self-Study, and support from leadership at your organization.
  • Please upload a Statement of Need here.
  • Privacy Policy * Required
