Jon Booth’s 40-year career in education abroad began at SIT Graduate Institute and took him to the University of Michigan, the University of Minnesota, and Syracuse University. Jon was a founding board member of The Forum and played a key role in drafting the first edition of the Standards of Good Practice for Education Abroad and developing the Professional Certification Program. Interviewed by his longtime friend and colleague Chuck Gliozzo, Jon describes what motivated his work, and shares his favorite memories from his career in education abroad.
