QUIP Application

Participation in QUIP is a benefit of Forum membership. Applications will be considered on a first-come/first-served basis, with QUIP Reviews scheduled on a rolling basis. The selection of organizations to participate in QUIP will be based on the following criteria:

1. Applicants must be institutional members of The Forum in good standing;

2. Applicant’s suggested timeframe for the QUIP process;

3. Applicant’s demonstrated institutional support for the QUIP process.
  • This refers to the total number of education abroad programs that the organization manages/operates plus the number that it routinely uses as “approved” programs. Multiple programs in a given location each count as an individual program (i.e.: three distinct programs in London, marketed as such, count as three separate programs).

    Please note that the QUIP Self-Study Report must be submitted within 6 months of the acceptance of your application. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the termination of your organization’s QUIP Review.
  • Typically, the Review works best when the program Site Visit takes place after the Virtual Visit. There must be at least a month available to the Reviewers to review the Self-Study Report and prepare for the Visits. Each Site Visit is planned to include two and a half days.
