Virtual Workshop
The pandemic has afforded ed abroad offices the rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and reinvent themselves in a new post-pandemic landscape. This bootcamp will equip ed abroad leaders with tools for data-driven decision making, an immersive strategic planning process, and leadership tactics that will help them steer their office towards a revolution in productivity and creative capacity despite limited resources.
Participants will be able to:
• Use data to create staff buy-in, determine programming, and identify team member capacities.
• Facilitate, or engage in, a strategic planning process that is phased, aspirational, and incorporates present realities with ever-evolving global conditions.
• Implement various leadership strategies to motivate and guide a team of any size.
This workshop is intended for colleagues with 5+ years of experience, Associate or Director Level and up.
