- Friday, December 20: Early-Bird registration ends–presenters are required to register by this date.
- TBD: Conference app launches
- Friday, February 28: Regular registration ends
- Monday, March 2: Deadline to submit accessible session materials to info@forumea.org
- Wednesday, March 25 – Friday, March 27: See you in Kansas City!
Presenter Preparation

- Make your session materials accessible, and submit them to info@forumea.org by March 11, 2019. This will allow us to share
- Make your PowerPoint Presentations Accessible
- Make your Word Documents Accessible
- Make PDFs Accessible
- Please provide transcripts or descriptions of any videos you wish to screen.
- Know what will be in your session room:
- projector
- screen
- easel and flipchart
- podium
- head table and chairs for the presenters
- one microphone
- Some larger rooms will have an additional microphone for questions from the audience.
- Know what to bring:
- laptop
- adapter to connect laptop to projector, if using a Mac
- any handouts you wish to distribute
- Please note that all presenters must be physically present at the conference. Presenting by Skype or other video platforms is NOT possible.
- Know what to do in case of emergency.
