Institutions, organizations and programs that are members of the Forum on Education Abroad pledge to uphold the mission of the Forum by:
- Advocating for and pledging to uphold standards of good practice;
- Promoting the integration of education abroad into high-quality curricular development and academic design;
- Encouraging outcomes assessment;
- Conducting research and data collection;
- Engaging in advocacy of education abroad at all levels.
Membership in the Forum requires an application process and members are expected to be knowledgeable about the Standards of Good Practice and use them to improve their education abroad programs to benefit students.
