Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Westin Charlotte hotel located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina's uptown financial district.  The Westin Charlotte is just a short trolley-ride away from popular dining and entertainment. Other attractions within walking distance include the Historic South End, Charlotte Convention Center, and Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers.

The Westin Charlotte is located on the new LYNX blue line, and has a stop on its parking deck.  The blue line connects uptown Charlotte to center city.

Room reservations can be made on-line or by calling (704) 375-2600. Mention the Forum conference to get our discounted rate of $185 plus tax per night for a standard room.  Conference participants will receive the Forum’s discounted room rate three days prior and following the conference if you choose to extend your stay.

Please note that the cut-off date for the Forum conference rate of $185 plus tax/night at the Westin Charlotte is February 23, 2010.

Overflow Hotel  Information

The Forum's block of rooms at the special conference room rate at the Westin Charlotte has been filled, and for several nights during the Forum conference, the Westin Charlotte is full. We have arranged a special conference rate for overflow accommodations at the Hilton Charlotte Center City, about two block away from the conference hotel ($169/night). Room reservations can be made online or call 1-800-Hiltons and mention the Forum conference.

The cut-off date for the Forum conference rate at the Hilton Charlotte Center City is March 10, 2010.
